外墙保温系统中粘结材料的检测技术分析

选择了几份典型的外墙外保温系统标准,通过对这几份标准中胶粘剂和抹面胶浆的成型和检测方法的比较,分析了现有检测技术的优劣,并结合工作实践提出了建议。

稀土在搪瓷面釉上应用的研究

采用稀土氧化物和无机化合物的复合物（不简称ＲＩ－复合物）作为搪瓷釉浆悬浮剂，使之全部或大部分代替粘土，进行了一系列试验，已获得成功，突破了长期来搪瓷工业离不开粘土的传统工艺，并实现了工业化生产。     

Viscoelastic Windows of Pressure-Sensitive Adhesives

A viscoelastic window (VW) concept has been proposed to identify different types of pressure-sensitive adhesives (PSA's). Such viscoelastic windows are constructed from the values of dynamic storage modulus: G' and dynamic loss modulus G' at frequencies of 10^-2 and 10² rad/sec. These frequencies are chosen because the range covers most of the time scales corresponding to the uses of PSA's at different application rates in performance tests. A four quadrant concept has also been recommended to categorize different types of PSA's based on the location of their VW's on the log-log cross plot of G' and G'. It was found that for most PSA's, the range of G' and G' at room temperature within these selected frequencies falls between 10³ and 10⁶ Pascals. The proposed four-quadrants (top-left hand quadrant of high G' and low G', top-right hand quadrant of high G' and high G', lower left hand quadrant of low G' and low G', and lower right-hand quadrant of low G' and high G') correspond respectively to (1) non-PSA or release coatings (2) high shear PSA's, (3) removable PSA's and medical PSA's and (4) quick and cold stick PSA's. It was also observed that the VW's of general purpose permanent PSA's occupy the central region which straddles part of the four quadrants.     

High temperature corrosion behavior of arc-sprayed aluminum coatings on steel

Aluminum coatings were sprayed on the substrate of steel Q235 by arc spraying. The test samples of Q235, Al coatings and Al coatings with seal coat were placed in box type electric resistance furnace at 400, 500,600, 650 ℃ when their oxidation behaviors were studied. And their oxidation kinetics curves were protracted. Microstructure, microhardness, bond strength and distribution of section elements were investigated by optical microscope(OM), Vickers microhardness instrument, electric tensile test machine and EPMA. Al coatings and Al coatings with seal coat can enhance the oxidation-resistance of substrate under 500 ℃. The latter has the best corrosion resistance. The coatings can't protect the substrate against oxidation above 600 ℃. After a long time corrosion there is enriched oxygen element at interface.     

Al/NiO复合粒子的制备与表征

以N i(NO3)2.6H2O和CO(NH2)2为主要原料,通过均匀沉淀法,90℃恒温12 h,异相成核,在片状金属铝粉表面包覆一层N i2CO3(OH)2,制备出包覆式复合粒子A l/N i2CO3(OH)2。将复合粒子在马弗炉中400℃恒温灼烧2 h,制备出了A l/N iO复合粒子。通过SEM、XRD及粒度测试等分析方法,对复合粒子的形貌、晶体结构及粒径进行了表征。     

制备工艺参数对抗菌胶衣树脂抗菌性能的影响

本文以硅溶胶为载体,通过负载金属银离子、TiO2、ZnO以及A l2(S iO3)3于硅溶胶中,制备了复合无机抗菌剂,并将其加入到胶衣树脂中制备了抗菌胶衣树脂。主要研究了抗菌剂的制备参数、含量及种类和抗菌胶衣树脂的制备参数对胶衣树脂抗菌性能的影响。实验结果表明,随着烧结温度的升高,抗菌胶衣树脂的抗菌率呈现先升高后降低的趋势,烧结温度为1000℃时抗菌胶衣树脂的抗菌率最高;随着球磨时间的延长,抗菌胶衣树脂的抗菌率呈上升趋势,球磨时间大于6h时抗菌率增加的幅度减小;随着苯乙烯含量的增加,其抗菌率也逐渐增加,苯乙烯含量为10m l时抗菌率达94%;随搅拌时间的延长,抗菌胶衣树脂的抗菌率也有所增加,搅拌时间为1h时抗菌率为94%。     

Miscibility and Probe Tack of Acrylic Pressure Sensitive Adhesives—Acrylic Copolymer/Tackifier Resin Systems

Miscibility between acrylic copolymers and tackifier resins are investigated in terms of phase diagrams, and the probe tack of the blends are measured as a function of both temperature and rate of separation in order to obtain the master curves. It is found that the probe tack of the pressure sensitive adhesives are closely related to the miscibility between the components. The master curves of the miscible blends shift along the X(rate)-axis according to the change of T_g of the bulk materials with a gradual variation of the peak heights. However, those of the immiscible blends will not shift along the X(rate)-axis, but the magnitude will decrease with increase of a dispersed phase.     

复合材料及其涂覆层耐候性研究

本文介绍了复合材料及防护涂层在湿热区海洋性气候条件下的耐腐蚀性自然环境试验情况，并对结果进行了分析。     

镀锌层与氟碳漆涂层的相容性研究

在部分产品中,钢表面镀锌后表面再涂一层漆,其目的是为了增加耐腐蚀性能。但是锌可能会与漆层中的一些组份发生反应,降低漆膜性能。本文通过开展氟碳漆涂层和镀锌层湿热试验后性能测试研究,表明两者之间具有较好的相容性,可提高产品的防护性能。
